But I know there's alot of brain power here. My question is this...

I have Windows 10. When I click on the Windows symbol in the lower left of the
screen the click on Programs, all my programs come up in a panel on the rioght
side of the screen. How do I scroll right on this screen to get to programs I
can't see but whih are obviously there, to the right siince I can only see
programs with the names of up to C. Right arrow doesn't work. Thanks for any
help.

There appear to be a number of possible solutions in the first few links in a web search for these terms.

windows 10 start menu won't scroll

This suggestion appeared more than once.

"Open your Start Menu and go to Settings > Devices > Mouse and Touchpad . There should be an option called Scroll inactive windows . It's turned off by default, so try turning it on."
