Leaving computer hooked up to TV on

I've hooked up a spare computer to my Sony Bravia large screen TV. Really just
something to do with the extra computer after I replaced it with a new one. I
wanted to see how it would look on a 65" screen, and I'm very pleased. The TV
has four HDMI inputs. I have my cable box, a Roku streaming stick and a Sony
Blu-ray disk player hooked into three of the inputs and the computer connected
to the fourth. Due to space limitations, I put the computer in an out of the way
place. I'd really like to leave the computer on all the time so whenever I want
to access it, all I have to do is change the input on the TV to the HDMI that
it's hooked into. My question is, is there any harm to leaving the computer on
all the time with, I'm guessing, a constant signal going into the HDMI input I
have it plugged into. I don't want to harm the TV in anyway. Thanks.

I agree this would cause no harm to the TV. The computer may wear out sooner due to
the moving parts (fans, hard drives, etc.) running more than if you turned it off
periodically. This used to be more of a problem years ago - more modern computers
can be left on quite a lot. And then there's the additional power/energy usage.
