What's a good new >24"+ monitor or even a TV (smart and 4K are OK, but please no Roku since their RCs are awful without numbers for cable & OTA inputs) for mostly computers (Internet, meetings, Office, etc.), gaming, videos (locally and online), etc.? It will be placed on an office desk. It also needs to have old VGA (DVI adapter if needed) and HDMI. Composite and other old connections are OK. Budget isn't an issue. Anything good from Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, etc. online and in their So. CA stores? I'd like to buy it before this crazy year ends too.

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

It's been so long since I so much as shopped for a monitor, let alone
bought one, that I wouldn't have a clue about what's on the market today.

That said, years ago I bought a refurbed 23" Samsung LCD monitor. It
went bad about a little over a year later, capacitor problems on the
internal power supply board. I replaced it with a new 23" AOC
LED-backlit monitor, which uses less power and has an external,
easily-replaceable power supply. That one is still going strong, looking
as good today as when I bought it.

Then again, before the Samsung gave out, I bought a 20" one of the same
series for my brother. His is still working perfectly.
