Sound level in HD is not working. Set at 25 (normal for me), can't hear audio. Have to set to around 75 to hear sound. When commercial comes, sound returns to normal and is way way too loud. When programming returns, the audio returns to almost unhearable. Have to set CNN to regular setting (not HD) to get normal audio.

It's standard practice to make commercials louder and harder to ignore than
programming, but not by that much. Are the audio engineers on strike?

the average.
